## Reservation model

A Chef KnifeWorks reservation is for the customer's arrival/drop-off, not a while-you-wait appointment.

Arrival windows:
- morning: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
- midday: 12:00–5:00 PM
- evening: 5:00–9:00 PM

No payment is due when the reservation is created. Final work and pricing are confirmed after intake when necessary.
